Anthem Blue Cross is pleased to announce that they have successfully renewed their Commercial Agreements with John Muir Health which provides services to members in Contra Costa County and surrounding communities. John Muir Health includes the providers listed below:  

  • John Muir Medical Center Walnut Creek (050180)
  • John Muir Medical Center Concord (050496)
  • John Muir Physician Network (0JM)

 

The fully executed HMO, PPO, and Medicare agreements have a June 1, 2020 effective date.
