Anthem is offering a 7% commission rate on new medical business for the life of the case when you sell any new Small Group with 5 or more enrolled employees for September 2022 effective dates!

Statewide network flexibility promotion for the remainder of 2022

Employers can select one of the following pairings:

• Any two HMO networks (including Vivity) alongside one PPO network
• Both PPO Networks alongside any HMO network (Including Vivity)
• Select HMO, Priority Select HMO and Vivity HMO alongside one PPO network (NO FULL HMO)

Medical selling highlights

• DE9C not required with 3 or more subscribers enrolling! (Also, a DE9C is not required for Specialty.) This excludes virgin groups and a prior carrier bill is required if a DE9C is not provided. Anthem reserves the right to request more information.
• Relaxed participation: 25% participation for groups of 5 or more enrolled subscribers! 65% participation is required for 4 or fewer subscribers enrolled.
• Out-of-state flexibility: if a group is headquartered in CA and the MAJORITY of employees are in CA, however under 51%, Anthem can write the case.
