The Employer Resource Center (ERC) is a personalized website created exclusively for each of your Large Group clients that makes it easy for them to find materials and resources about the products they’ve purchased from Anthem. Plan information and resources your clients need to help employees stay healthy and obtain the most from their benefits are all gathered in one place.
The Employer Resource Center includes:
- Information about their company’s current health benefits.
- Quick links to plan administration tools.
- Materials to help employees understand their benefits.
- Toolkits to promote health and wellness in the workplace.
Anthem will send a series of emails and a direct mail flyer to new and renewing Large Groups to tell them all about their personalized website. If you’re interested in viewing your clients’ personalized websites, you can do so at any time. Just go to the Employer Resource Center and enter the group’s case number.
