After mailing the 2017 Medical Loss Ratio (MLR) checks and letters in mid-September 2018, Anthem discovered that their small employers in California did not receive the full rebate amounts due for 2017. To corrrect this, they will mail an incremental rebate to California fully insured small groups this month.
