Anthem Medical Loss Ratio Rebates for California

Anthem's Medical Loss Ratio (MLR) dropped below 80 percent during the 2016-2018 period. Clients with Anthem Small Group medical plans during the 2018 calendar year will get some money back. Rebate checks are being mailed directly to employers by September 30. Anthem will send rebate notifications to employees of those impacted groups, as required by law.

CalCobra members will get their rebate check directly from Anthem.
