Anthem members will soon experience a new, streamlined design with improved navigation when they log into their secure member website at anthem.com/ca. They’ll be able to connect with their benefits faster, easier and in a more personal way.
And starting November 21, members will have the ability to submit out-of-plan claims through their secure website instead of on paper. Not everyone will get this new capability at the same time, but all members should have it by the year’s end.
The Sydney Health mobile app connects members with their benefits faster and easier, too. It’s like a personal health assistant, giving them one-click access to their information, digital ID card and wellness resources. So remind your clients to start using Sydney Health, if they haven’t already.
