Adding an Anthem dental plan has never been easier or more cost-saving! Effective April 1, 2017, Metallic Dental Complete PPO plans will be available exclusively through Anthem's California general agents, for groups of 2-100. The ​new CA General Agent Dental Portfolio offers the following coverage:

• ​Implants, posterior composite fillings, and 80th & 90th UCR covered on the Platinum and Gold plans 
  
• All employer-sponsored plans cover endo, perio & oral surgery under basic and have no waiting periods 
  
• Ortho available with 5 eligible and 5 enrolled 
  
• Dual option allowed with 10 eligible and minimum of 2 enrolled on each plan 
  
  • 1 HMO/PPO
  • 2 PPO's

Anthem also offers a 5% ancillary ​discount when Dental is bundled with Vision and/or Life Complete Dental integrated with Medical.
