Anthem Small Group is announcing NEW underwriting promotions for July 1, 2018 effective dates. These promotions will be available to help you with your new business as well as your existing Small Group book of business through 12/15/18 effective dates.
Anthem is making it easier for you to do business with them by offering the following for groups with effective dates through 12/15/18.
- NEW! Relaxed Participation! Twenty Five percent (25%) participation for groups of 5 + enrolled subscribers
- NEW! Sixty Five percent (65%) for groups of 1-4 enrolled subscribers
- DE9C not required with 6 or more enrolling! Groups with prior coverage must submit prior carrier bill. Excludes virgin groups.
- Valid Waivers! Individual coverage both on and off the Exchange will be accepted as a valid waiver
- Dual HMO Networks! Groups can select both of Anthem's HMO networks to be offered alongside each other
- Same day enrollment for new business! If Anthem receives your new business submission by 8 a.m. Monday through Friday, they will provide same day review and approval, subject to completeness of new business submission (approval does not include clarifications or missing information identified). Case must use Census Enrollment Tool for same day turnaround, excluding holidays.
- Anniversary changes! Just a reminder, anniversary changes are available once in a 12- month period using the Anniversary Month Change Form. (New benefits and rates may apply)
