Anthem Piloting LHO Text Chat Therapy in CA Beginning 1/1/20

Local small and large group members in California ages 18 and above will have a new way to reach a licensed psychologist or therapist from home or on-the-go starting January 1. LiveHealth Online Chat Therapy allows a 45-minute therapy session via secure text messaging with a behavioral health professional. Appointments can be scheduled in seven days or less, seven days a week. The cost is the same as a regular video visit.
