Anthem announced rate and plan updates for April 1, 2023 effective dates. Rates are available for quoting!

Rates

Medical Quarterly Rate Change Average:

• PPO: 1.7%
• HMO: 3.0%

Medical Average Annual / Renewal Rate Change Average:

• PPO: 5.0%
• HMO: 4.2%

Additional Network Flexibility

Employers can select one of the following pairings:

• Both PPO networks alongside any two HMO networks (including Vivity)
• Both PPO networks alongside the Select HMO, Priority Select HMO, and Vivity HMO networks (excluding CaliforniaCare HMO)*

*Network selection subject to provider availability.

April 2023 Renewal Release Dates Dates

• 1/19/23 - April renewals will be released to Producer Toolbox
• 1/25/23 - April renewals will be mailed to employers
• 1/27/23 - April renewals will be released on EmployerAccess
