Anthem announced rate and plan updates for July 1, 2024 effective dates. Rates are available for quoting!

 

Rates

Medical Quarterly Rate Change Average:

  • PPO: 2.0%
  • HMO: 2.2%

 

Medical Average Annual / Renewal Rate Change Average:

  • PPO: 7.7%
  • HMO: 7.5%

 

Dental & Vision new business rate action:

  • Plans without orthodontics: 4%
  • Plans with orthodontics: 3.3%

 

Path Changes Name to Rula Health

Anthem's new mental health provider has changed it's name from Path to Rula Health.
