Anthem Relaxes Dental & Vision Participation Effective 5/1/22

Anthem has some great news! They are relaxing their Dental and Vision participation effective May 1, 2022.

• Relaxed participation guidelines for dental and vision are now 25% participation for groups with 2-100 eligible with a minimum of 2 enrolled (previous guidelines required 65% for groups with 2-4 eligible and 25% for groups with 5-100 eligible)
• Voluntary Dental and Vision plans only require a 5 eligible with a minimum of 2 enrolling (previous guidelines required 5 eligible and 5 enrolling)
