​Anthem’s Small Group Portfolio is poised to offer the most comprehensive options in the marketplace heading into Q2 2017. Although Anthem's Dual PPO Network option promotion ended March 15th, they have extended the following operational efficiencies through June 30 2017: 

• ​30% participation for groups of 5+ enrolled 
  
• No DE9-C for groups of 6+ enrolled 
  
• Dual HMO Network option 
  
• Individual enrollment as a valid waiver 
  
• Anniversary Date Changes are Available
