Anthem: Your Broker News Is Now Available Wherever You Are
Get your news on Anthem's mobile app, Producer Toolbox, and anthem.com/ca
News doesn’t just happen on Thursdays. Starting on April 12, 2021, news updates* will go out in real time on multiple channels — Anthem's Broker Plus mobile app, the Producer Toolbox, and anthem.com/ca. Anthem will post news as it's available instead of waiting for Thursday.
Plus, Anthem will send you a news recap by email once a week in case you missed something. No more waiting for newsletters or sifting through your overstuffed inbox to find important content. You can search using keywords to find news on specific topics and even apply filters to see news that applies to different states or segments. Receiving updates will be easier, more integrated, and more intuitive.
Here's how to access your broker news:
On the Broker Plus mobile app:
- You'll see new, unread news in a home screen banner when you log in.
- The alert bell icon will let you know there's news you haven't read yet.
- Touch the new article or on the News icon on the lower right to see all news.
- Create a favorites list for articles you want to refer to again.
- Don't have the Broker Plus app yet? Click here from your mobile device to download it.
On the Producer Toolbox:
- You'll see new, unread news in a home screen banner when you log in.
- Click on the Tools and Resources tab at the top of the page and choose News to see all news.
- Create a favorites list for articles you want to refer to again.
On the anthem.com/ca:
- Click on the Producers tab at the top of the page.
- Go to Communications and choose News.
- Choose your state to read state-specific news.
