Anthem's New Broker Appointment Process Effective 6/26/20

Anthem is continuously working to improve, simplify and streamline the new broker onboarding process with the goal of making Anthem even easier to do business with.

 

Beginning June 26, if you are new to Anthem or you are currently selling for Anthem but want to become appointed to sell in multiple states, you will complete the appointment process via the Producer Toolbox.

 

The process is simple, electronic and streamlined. Getting appointed and setting up electronic fund transfer (EFT) payments is a breeze. You will also be able to see the real time status of your application throughout the process.

 

Note: If you are an agent affiliated with an FMO, EMO, or MGA agency, contact the agency directly to begin the appointment process.

Once you register and/or log in to Producer Toolbox, you will be guided through the process where all required forms will display electronically. You can submit all information and payments electronically without the need to print, physically sign or mail any paper forms or payments, saving you time by putting everything at your fingertips.
