Group administrators can now view an electronic enrollment file through Anthem's new Electronic Enrollment Tool (EET) in EmployerAccess. Available in late March, this new process delivers faster results than emailed PDF forms that needed to be filled out and returned. Group administrators can view the setup status in real-time and see when the file was received and processed. Any errors are reported online and users will receive a discrepancy report followed by a completion report when the error is corrected.
Anthem is using technology to help group administrators save time and make it easier to work with them. The Electronic Enrollment Tool eliminates emails, PDFs and delays – just fill out the electronic form and submit.
