bpQuote Enhances Set Button on Proposal Options Page

bpQuote has enhanced the "Set" button in the Select Medical Plan Information section at the top of the Proposal Options page. The Set button will now save the plan order for any future requotes for the group. This should be helpful for proposals that do not utilize one of the default sort orders.
