CalChoice Broker Summary Renewals Are Going Paperless

CaliforniaChoice is always looking for ways to improve and modernize their business. With that goal in mind, broker summary renewals will be paperless starting with February renewals. And you won’t miss anything! The contents of the summary renewal are included in the full renewal and available in your calchoice.com broker portal the day the renewal is issued.

 

The transition from paper to paperless enables CaliforniaChoice to provide information faster and it’s better for the environment.

 

Timing

Effective with February renewals, you will no longer receive a hard copy of your broker summary renewal packet for your CaliforniaChoice renewing groups. You will still be able to view and download a PDF of your full renewal(s) online, including Employee Renewal Enrollment Worksheets.

 

Note: Groups will continue to receive a hard copy of their summary renewal and have access to their full renewal PDF online.

 

To view your online renewals:

  1. Log-in to calchoice.com
  2. Click on “My Business” at the top of the page
  3. Click “Renewals” from the dropdown

 

Paper Summary Renewals

If you would like to continue receiving your summary renewals by mail:

  1. Log-in to calchoice.com
  2. Go to “My Profile” and “Preferences/Settings” and select “Print and mail summary” option

 

If you choose to have summary renewals sent by mail, you will receive them beginning the next renewal month after selecting the “Print and mail summary” option.
