CHOICE Administrators provided an update on the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) as it relates to the COBRA Premium Assistance.

In their communication regarding CaliforniaChoice groups, CHOICE Administrators is asking groups to review the COBRA and Cal-COBRA Information and complete and return the Notice of Assistance Eligible Individual Form to COBRA-ARPA@calchoice.com or fax to (714) 908-3549 no later than June 14, 2021.
