CaliforniaChoice's new Initial Quote is now available. The redesigned format is simpler and easier to present, making CaliforniaChoice easier to sell than ever before!

The new Initial Quote includes

• Overview: Introduces CaliforniaChoice and highlights the features that set the program apart from other health care options.
• Census: Verifies the accuracy of each employee's information in your group census to ensure your client quote is comprehensive.
• Budget: CaliforniaChoice's simple formula streamlines budgeting and allows your clients to set a contribution amount toward each employee's benefits.
• Ancillary: Your proposal includes a rate summary for Dental, Vision, Chiropractic & Acupuncture, and Life and AD&D.
• Sample EE Worksheets: Show what every employee gets to help them find the right plan.
• Administration: This section includes a sample invoice, which shows each employee's plan information and cost.

To request a quote for a group via bpQuote, use the Choice Administrators Export feature on the Carrier Selection page. You should receive an email with the Initial Quote for that group attached as a PDF.
