CaliforniaChoice Adds 2 New Plans Effective March 2022

CaliforniaChoice announced they are adding two new Anthem Blue Cross plans effective March 1, 2022. These new plans are now available for quoting!

New Plans

• Anthem Blue Cross Priority Select Gold HMO C - $0 deductible
• Anthem Blue Cross Priority Select Silver HMO C - $2,200 deductible

Forms

With these new plans, CaliforniaChoice will be updating their applications for March 1, 2022 effective dates. Only the updated applications for March 1, 2022 will be accepted beginning with the March 1, 2022 effective date. Earlier versions will not be accepted. Write-ins or cross-outs are not accepted.

Book Rates

Book rates for CaliforniaChoice will be posted to the B&P website when they are available.
