CaliforniaChoice Adds Two Anthem Full Network HMO Plans Eff 9/1/19

CaliforniaChoice is adding two Anthem Blue Cross full network HMO plans effective September 1, 2019. All CaliforniaChoice plans, including the two new Anthem plans, are available for quoting!

The two new plans utilize Anthem Blue Cross' CaliforniaCare HMO Network. This network is Anthem's full HMO network and includes 45,000 California physicians and specialists along with 400 hospitals. The following plans are available effective September 1, 2019:

• Anthem Blue Cross Silver HMO B
• Anthem Blue Cross Gold HMO B
