If you have existing groups set to renew in coming months or groups looking for coverage effective April 1, 2017, CaliforniaChoice is offering five (5) new plan options from which they can choose:
- UnitedHealthcare (UHC) HMO C: Bronze Metal Tier, Alliance Network
- Sharp Health Plan: HMO D: Bronze Metal Tier, Premier Network
- Sharp Health Plan: HMO C: Silver Metal Tier, Premier Network
- Sharp Health Plan: HMO C: Gold Metal Tier, Premier Network
- Sharp Health Plan: HMO C: Platinum Metal Tier, Premier Network

- Specialty visits
- Lab work
- X-rays
- MRI, CT, PET
- Inpatient hospital services
- Emergency room visits
- Urgent care
- Outpatient hospital services
- Ambulance services
- Prescription benefits
- Plus a variety of other benefits
In addition to these UHC and Sharp Health Plans, your groups have dozens of other choices for April 1, 2017 effective dates from Anthem Blue Cross, Health Net, Kaiser Permanente, and Sutter Health Plus.
