​CaliforniaChoice announced plan and rate updates for April 1, 2018 effective dates. Rates are available for quoting!

RATES

Medical:

• ​A RATE PASS has been offered by Anthem Blue Cross, Kaiser Permanente, Sutter Health Plus, UnitedHealthcare and Western Health Advantage.
  
• Health Net and Sharp Health Plan will adjust rates
  

Ancillary: RATE PASS

PLANS & BENEFITS

Updated Medical Plans

Kaiser Permanente, Sutter Health Plus, and Western Health Advantage will implement some minor benefit changes retroactive to January 1, 2018.

Updated Ancillary Plans

SmileSaver 1000 Dental plan will now be available on a Voluntary basis (same rates apply).

Zip Codes

Western Health Advantage has added to following zip codes:

• ​95616 (Solano County)
  
• 95690 (Solano County)
  
• 95615 (Yolo County)
  
• 95618 (Yolo County)
  
• 95626 (Sacramento County)

Forms

New forms will be needed for 4/1/18 new groups.
