CaliforniaChoice Plan & Rate Updates Effective April 2020

CaliforniaChoice announced rate and benefit changes for April 1, 2020 effective dates with no underwriting changes. Rates are available for quoting!

Rates

Medical:

• Rate Pass: Kaiser Permanente, Sutter Health Plus, and Western Health Advantage
• Anthem Blue Cross, Health Net, Oscar, Sharp Health Plan, and UnitedHealthcare will adjust rates

Ancillary:

• Ameritas Dental PPO are now available on a voluntary basis, voluntary rates have been included in direct quotes

Book Rates

Book rates will be posted to the B&P website when they are available.

As a reminder, only updated applications for April through June effective dates will be accepted. Write-ins or cross-outs are not accepted. Please contact a member of your B&P Sales Team if you are unsure which form to use.
