CaliforniaChoice Plan & Rate Updates Effective April 2022

CaliforniaChoice announced plan and rate updates for April 1, 2022 effective dates. Rates are available for quoting!

Rates

• Medical:
  • Rates are changing for Anthem Blue Cross, Cigna + Oscar, Health Net, Sharp Health Plan, and UnitedHealthcare
  • Rates will not change for Kaiser Permanente, Sutter Health Plus, and Western Health Advantage

Plan Updates

Cigna + Oscar plans are available for out-of-state employees within the LocalPlus service area.

The Sharp Health Plan Bronze HMO A has clarified the Rx benefits, noting that the plan deductible is waived for Rx.

Forms

Only the updated applications for April 1, 2022 will be accepted beginning with the April 1, 2022 effective date. Earlier versions will not be accepted. Write-ins or cross-outs are not accepted.
