- Ancillary: rates pass except SmileSaver will have new rates for groups of 51-100

CaliforniaChoice is adding 19 new medical plans (3 Health Net, 4 Kaiser Permanente, 11 UnitedHealthcare, 1 Western Health Advantage):

- UnitedHealthcare Silver HMO C (Alliance HMO network)
- UnitedHealthcare Silver HMO D (Focus HMO network)
- UnitedHealthcare Gold HMO C (Focus HMO network)
- UnitedHealthcare Platinum HMO B (Focus HMO network)
Existing medical plans will experience benefit changes.
Ameritas dental plans will experience some benefit changes.
Zip Codes
Anthem Blue Cross will be making some updates to their zip code lists. Sutter Health Plus is expanding their zip code list to include 95620 in Yolo County.
Forms
Only the updated applications for 1/1/21 will be accepted beginning with the 1/1/21 effective date. Earlier versions will not be accepted. Write-ins or cross-outs are not accepted.

Book rates for CaliforniaChoice will be posted to the B&P website when they are available.
