CaliforniaChoice announced plan and rate updates for July 1, 2024 effective dates. Rates are available for quoting!

Rates

Medical rates are changing for Anthem Blue Cross, Cigna + Oscar, Health Net, Sharp Health Plan, and UnitedHealthcare (quarterly trends shown below, may vary by plan and region):

• Anthem Blue Cross HMO: 1.8%
• Anthem Blue Cross PPO: 2.0%
• Cigna + Oscar: 4.9%
• Health Net: 2.4%
• Sharp Health Plan: 1.3%
• UnitedHealthcare: 2.6%

Medical rates are not changing for Kaiser Permanente, Sutter Health Plus, or Western Health Advantage.

Plan & Network Updates

Anthem Blue Cross is expanding the Priority Select HMO network to Ventura, Kern, and San Luis Obispo counties.
