CaliforniaChoice Plan & Rate Updates Effective October 2021

CaliforniaChoice announced plan and rate updates for October 1, 2021 effective dates. Rates are available for quoting!

Rates

• Medical:
  • Rates will change for Anthem Blue Cross, Health Net, Sharp Health Plan, and Sutter Health Plus
  • Cigna + Oscar, Kaiser Permanente, Oscar, UnitedHealthcare, and Western Health Advantage will have rate passes
• Ancillary: rate pass, except Landmark Acupuncture and Chiropractic will have new rates

Administrative

Mammoth HR is rebranding as Mineral. This change will be reflected in CaliforniaChoice marketing materials.

Forms

Only the updated applications for October 1, 2021 will be accepted beginning with the October 1, 2021 effective date. Earlier versions will not be accepted. Write-ins or cross-outs are not accepted.

Book Rates

Book rates for CaliforniaChoice will be posted to the B&P website when they are available.
