CaliforniaChoice announced plan and rate updates for October 1, 2023 effective dates. Rates are available for quoting!

Rates

• Medical:
  • Rates are changing for Anthem Blue Cross, Cigna + Oscar, Health Net, Sharp Health Plan, Sutter Health Plus, UnitedHealthcare, and Western Health Advantage
  • Rates are not changing for Kaiser Permanente

Sutter Health Plus Availability Update

Sutter Health Plus will now be available to employees in the Sutter service area even if the employer is not in the Sutter service area. Rates will still be based on the employer zip code.

Forms

There are no document updates at this time so the July 1, 2023, applications can continue to be used for the fourth quarter. Earlier versions will not be accepted. Write-ins or cross-outs are not accepted.

Book Rates

Book rates for CaliforniaChoice will be posted to the B&P website when they are available.
