Enjoy the Convenience of PayNow
You now have a new way to pay your invoice! CCSB has launched a PayNow function on our Employer Portal, giving employers like you a more convenient way to pay your invoice.
Paying online saves you time by not having to write a check, find a stamp and mailing in your payment before the deadline. You simply set up your account with your invoice and the instructions are below.
Step One
Log on to the Employer Portal. If you have not yet created an account, follow the prompts to register. You will need your most recent invoice.
Step Two
Select "View Invoices" from the top menu bar or directly from the homepage dashboard.
Step Three
View your current account summary as well as invoice history. Use the PayNow feature to pay your group's current account balance or select a different amount of your choosing.**
*Registered users pay by ACH, personal or corporate check. Credit cards are not accepted.
**Subject to termination if full amount is not received.
