Covered California for Small Business launched a new program aimed at helping hundreds of small businesses continue to provide insurance to their employees during the current COVID-19 pandemic.
In April, CCSB contacted current employers that have not paid their April and May invoices informing them that CCSB would be providing an additional 30-day grace period. Additionally, CCSB informed them of new added flexibility to pay their premiums and keep employees covered with the Premium Deferral Program.

CCSB understands the hardships that many of their small business groups may be experiencing during this time which is why they decided to implement the PDP program.
