CCSB: Introducing Direct Deposit for Commissions
Covered California for Small Business (CCSB) is excited to announce the launch of Direct Deposit, allowing agencies to opt in and receive electronic commission payments.
This new payment option offers agencies a faster, safer, and more convenient way to receive funds directly into their bank accounts, eliminating the delays and risks associated with paper warrants.
How to Get Started
The Agency Manager 2 (AM2) or Authorized Signer (AS) can follow the CCSB Direct Deposit for Existing Agencies Quick Guide for step-by-step instructions:
- Complete the required enrollment steps.
- Provide the agency’s banking information.
- Submit the form.
Note: The initial electronic payment may take approximately 1–2 payment cycles to process. During this time, the agency will continue to receive paper warrants.
Important Reminder
For agencies with both IFP and CCSB business, this direct deposit update applies only to CCSB commissions. IFP commissions will continue to be paid directly by the health plan with which you have an active agreement.
