MyCCSB.com Portal Enhancements will include:
- Save time by checking your account's paid or delinquent status instantly online. With NEW real-time account balances, Agents will be able to view and manage their Employer Group's payment status directly in the portal
- Your Employer Groups can view real-time account balances and confirm payment receipts all online through their MyCCSB.com Employer account; they can also enroll in autopay for added convenience
- Simplify new Employee enrollment with CCSB's decision support tool, which helps new enrollments identify plan options that best fit their needs
- Refreshed appearance for dashboard and pages to simplify use and navigation
A separate notice will be sent to all active Employer Groups to share information on the new features and related information.
Agents Can Continue to Use MyCCSB.com to:
- Process Employee Adds, which will include NEW expanded functionality for all Employee(s) and/or Dependent(s) enrollments
- Process Employee Terminations, Changes and Renewals
- Process new Employer Group enrollments online
- Access your Agent dashboard, book of business, and invoices anytime
- Experience quicker processing online*
These enhancements are expected to be released around September 1, 2021.
