Covered California for Small Business announced rate updates for October 1, 2023 effective dates. Rates are available for quoting!

 

Rates

Average quarterly trend (may vary by plan and region): 

  • Blue Shield:
    • HMO: 1.4%
    • PPO: 1.4%
  • Kaiser Permanente: Pass*
  • Sharp Health Plan: 2.5%

 

Kaiser Permanente's January 2023 rates are good for the entire year, they are not making any further rate adjustments.
