CCSB Portal: Terminations Temporarily Unavailable

Covered California for Small Business is currently enhancing their CCSB portal. However, during this process CCSB has disabled the ability to terminate employees online. Additions and other functions are still active.

CCSB is anticipating that the new enhancements will be launched on August 1, 2021. 7/13/21 Update: CCSB is pushing the launch date to September 1, 2021.

Terminations can be sent by the change form or an email from the group either directly to CCSB or through the agent to ccsbeligibility@covered.ca.gov. As a reminder, CCSB can only go back 30 days on terminations.
