CCSB Provides Quarterly Updates on Bonus program, MyCCSB.com, and Expanded Coverage Options

Covered California for Small Business (CCSB) provided the below updates on their Partnership That Pays bonus program, enhancements to MyCCSB.com, and expanded coverage options.

It's bonus time! Covered California for Small Business (CCSB) recently announced the relaunch of our Partnership that Pays Bonus Program starting in July 2022. Now you can earn up to $8,000 for new group enrollments.*

MyCCSB.com Enhancements

We are committed to continually improving our online portal with new self-service features that will save you time.

 

Recent Enhancements

  • COBRA INDICATOR was updated in the portal to show Federal vs Cal-Cobra. Changes can be made online or using a change form.
  • CAL-COBRA notices and packets are mailed out to last known address.
  • MORE TIME FOR RENEWALS, groups will no longer go into “expired” status if not completed by renewal.

 

Enhancements Coming Soon

  • GROUP CENSUS will be downloadable to Excel for Employer/Employee.
  • CAL-COBRA notices will be attached online for Employer/Agent/General Agent to access via the termed members dashboard.
  • UNLOCK ability for Agent/General Agents to take a “submitted” group and move it back to “In Progress.” Employer/Agent/General Agents can edit the groups applications up to the 25th of the month prior to renewal. Allowing for more time to make changes.
  • BUG FIX so Agent/General Agents can send invitations to Employers and Employees.
  • AGENT COMMISSION STATEMENTS will now include Group Name, Group Number, Premiums Paid, and Total Commission Amounts.

 

Expanded Coverage Options

CCSB has expanded coverage options to include 3 CONTIGUOUS METAL TIERS and 4 METAL TIER options. 

 

With these additional levels of coverage, you can offer Employers more health plan options to find the coverage they want at a price that fits their budget.
