Covered California for Small Business announced rate updates for July 1, 2020 effective dates. Rates are available for quoting!

Rates

Oscar will not change rates effective July 1, 2020. Blue Shield, Health Net, Kaiser Permanente, and Sharp Health Plan will adjust rates. Percentages listed below are overall quarterly trend and not necessarily plan or region specific:

Blue Shield: 0.9% increase
Health Net: 2.1% decrease
Kaiser Permanente: 3.0% increase
Sharp Health Plan: 0.4% increase
