Covered California for Small Business announced rate updates for October 1, 2020 effective dates. Rates are available for quoting!

Rates

Kaiser Permanente will not change rates effective October 1, 2020. Blue Shield, Health Net, Oscar, and Sharp Health Plan will adjust rates. Percentages listed below are overall quarterly trend and not necessarily plan or region specific:

Blue Shield: 0.72% decrease
Health Net: 1.48% increase
Oscar: 5.18% increase
Sharp Health Plan: 2.31% increase
