ChoiceBuilder Plan & Rate Updates Effective January 2020

ChoiceBuilder announced plan and rate adjustments for January 1, 2020 effective dates. All rates are available for quoting!

 

Rates

Dental:

  • Rates will change for Anthem Blue Cross plans
  • Rates will not change for Ameritas, DeltaCare USA, Delta Dental, and MetLife plans

Vision:

  • Rates will change for EyeMed
  • Rates will not change for VSP

Chiropractic:

  • Rates will change for Landmark Healthplan

 

Benefits

There are no benefit changes except for the addition of a footnote for Landmark Healthplan explaining that there are two fee schedules depending on the zip code/county.
