ChoiceBuilder announced plan and rate updates for July 1, 2021 effective dates. All rates are available for quoting!

Rates

All carriers and plans within ChoiceBuilder have rate passes for July 1, 2021 effective dates. However, the Landmark Chiro & Acupuncture rates will be increasing about 16% effective August 1, 2021.
