ChoiceBuilder announced plan and rate updates for July 1, 2022 effective dates. All rates are available for quoting!

Rates

Rates will be changing for Landmark Healthplan. All other carriers and plans within ChoiceBuilder have rate passes for July 1, 2022 effective dates.

Underwriting

Anthem Blue Cross Voluntary Dental participation eligible has changed from minimum of 10 eligible and minimum 5 enrolled, to minimum 5 eligible and minimum of 2 enrolled.
