Cigna + Oscar Is Expanding! 9 More Rating Regions Eff 4/1/21

Cigna + Oscar is expanding! They will be expanding into the following nine rating regions effective April 1, 2021:
- Region 2: Sonoma, Napa, Solano, Marin counties
- Region 3: Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer, Sutter, Yolo counties
- Regions 12: San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Ventura counties
- Regions 14: Kern County
- Region 15 & 16: Los Angela County
- Region 17: Riverside, San Bernardino counties
- Region 18: Orange County
- Region 19: San Diego County
With this expansion, Cigna + Oscar will be available in all California regions except regions 1, 9-11, and 13 beginning April 1, 2021.

- Free and unlimited telemedicine included on all plans, including HSAs
- Free home delivery and easy prescription management with Express Scripts
- Dedicated concierge team for members
- Business concierge team for employers
- Lower rates than HMOs and PPOs
- Group must be located in the Cigna + Oscar service area
- 50% of valid eligible employees must live in the Cigna + Oscar service area
- Offering 16 EPO plans across all metal tiers
- Groups will have 2 networks to choose from – Open Access Plus and LocalPlus
- Groups can offer up to 3 plans (no restrictions on networks or metal tiers)
- Can be sold alongside any carrier, minimum of 3 must enroll in Cigna + Oscar and 60% across all carriers
- 5% broker commission
