Now Offering PPO Plans

Cigna + Oscar's Open Access plans will be PPO plans with out-of-network benefits beginning with 2022 effective dates. The LocalPlus plans will continue to be EPO plans.

Benefit Updates

Some plans may experience some benefit and name changes with for the 2022 plan year.
