Cigna + Oscar announced plan and rate updates for January 1, 2023 effective dates. Rates are available for quoting!

 

Rates

Medical rates will be changing, the quarterly trend varies by plan and region:

  • Overall: 2.8%
  • Open Access Plus: 3.2%
  • LocalPlus: 2.2%

 

Plan Updates

New Plans

Cigna + Oscar is adding the following plans effective 2023, available in the Open Access Plus PPO and LocalPlus EPO networks:

  • Bronze $3000
  • Bronze $3000 INF
  • Bronze $7250
  • Bronze $7250 INF

 

Benefit Updates

Some plans may experience some benefit and name changes with for the 2023 plan year.
