Cigna + Oscar Targeting December 1st Release Date

Cigna + Oscar is working with the California Department of Insurance to approve their rates and plans. Cigna + Oscar was originally targeting an October 1, 2020 release but are now looking to begin quoting effective December 1, 2020.
