Convenient Access to Benefit Information

Aetna is committed to delivering a simpler, more connected experience for their members. That's why they're reminding members of the resources available to help manage their health care benefits. And they can access these resources as soon as they enroll. 

Members can find a doctor, view Explanations of Benefits (EOBs), and even get personalized cost estimates using Aetna Navigator®. The site is secure and it's available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

Aetna's gone digital 

Digital ID cards are identical to printed cards. They enable faster self-service, and they're better for the environment. While Aetna promotes digital ID cards, Aetna will continue to issue printed cards for new members and members with technology limitations. 

Both members and providers are embracing the digital experience. It lets providers view digital ID cards using Aetna's secure provider website. Recent reports show that provider views of digital ID cards increased 50 percent, or over 700,000 views in the first quarter.
