Delta Dental 2022 Broker Rewards Program

Selling and retaining small groups isn’t easy. That’s why brokers deserve a reward for their hard work and Delta has announced a new small group broker rewards program. Brokers may be eligible for additional compensation for selling to new groups and retaining eligible groups of two to 99 lives.

How does it work?

• Earn a bonus of up to 4% of annual premiums for retaining existing small business groups
• Earn a bonus of up to 5% of annual premiums for selling to new small groups
• To get the bonus, brokers will have to meet both criteria. Rewards will be calculated and paid after December 31, 2022.
