Rate Updates for 2026

Delta Dental rate updates for 2026 in California will depend on the group size and plan:

• PPO Plans
  • For SBP1 (plans sold prior to 2021): Rate Pass
  • For SBP2 (2021 plans and newer):
    • CA PPO 2-4 Enrolled: Rate Pass
    • CA PPO 5-24 Enrolled: Rate Pass
    • CA PPO 25-99 Enrolled: -15% decrease
    • Dual Option PPO 5-99 Enrolled: Rate Pass
• DeltaCare USA DHMO Plans: Rate Pass
• DeltaVision Plans: Rate Pass
