We've expanded our service offering with our EaseCentral Ongoing Maintenance services.* To get started, download our EaseCentral Maintenance Request Form, follow the simple instructions, and submit the completed form to [email protected]. You'll be set up once we begin receiving Daily Change notifications.
On B&P policies, we will:
- Download applications and submit to the carrier
- Mark as processed in EaseCentral
- Email the service contact what B&P is processing
- Follow up with the carrier to make sure the change was processed
- Email the service contact confirming the change was processed
On non-B&P policies, we will:
- Download applications and email them to the service contact
